Entry Conditions
Submitters are responsible for obtaining any and all necessary copyrights.
All films must be submitted in PAL DVD format.
There is no restriction on the age of films entered or number entered by an individual.
Only films completed in the 18 months prior to the submission date, and which haven’t screened at Magma previously, will be eligible for consideration for competition.
If your film is selected you agree to supply still images and any additional information requested about your film. Stills from successful entries may be used in the programme and/or other promotional material including the website.
Te Reo Māori and non-English language films are welcome with English subtitles.
Films cannot exceed 15 minutes except with agreement of the festival directors.
The selection panels decision is final.
Films will be returned to entrants where a self addressed and stamped envelope has been supplied for this purpose.
There is no entry fee to Magma in 2010.
Films must be submitted for selection by January 11, 2010
